Are the items for sale original?

Dresso is an e-commerce platform that collaborates with the main fashion retailers on the market. On our site you will find a wide selection of authentic clothing, footwear and accessories from the most renowned designers in the sector.

Are the products new or used?

On our site you will find only new products. By downloading the app instead, you will have access not only to the same new products, but also to a vast selection of second-hand items, for which you can choose the price and send offers for the items you want to buy.


How do I sell my products on Dresso?

Currently, there is no option to list your items directly on the website. However, you can still sell them using the Dresso app, available on the App Store.

When will my order be shipped?

Items are shipped within 2-4 business days. For more information about shipping, please read here .

Is it possible to cancel an order?

To request the cancellation of an order, you must send an email to support@dresso.com specifying the reason and the order number. After the tracking number has been issued, it will no longer be possible to cancel the order.

How do I make a return?

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items may be returned within 14 days of receiving the merchandise for an exchange or refund. Once the process is complete, Dresso will send a confirmation email with the return authorization number, shipping label and instructions to follow to send the merchandise back.

When will I receive my refund?

The right of withdrawal is considered to be correctly exercised if the following conditions are fully respected:

- an email with the dispute has been sent to support@dresso.com

- the products must not have been used, worn, washed;

- the identification tag must still be attached to the products, which forms an integral part of the goods;

- products must be returned in their original packaging, with the original labels, wrappers and other accessories (dustbag, garment covers etc.) received in the package; the original product packaging must not be used as packaging boxes for return shipments.

- the returned products must be delivered to the carrier within 14 days from when the decision to withdraw from the contract was communicated to the seller;

- the products must not be damaged.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised following the methods and terms indicated, the seller will refund any sums already received for the purchase of the products.

The sums will be refunded to the customer as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of receipt by the seller of the returned goods and once the correct execution of the terms and conditions indicated above has been verified.

Why is the promo code not applicable to my purchase?

The welcome discount code is valid only for orders over €100 and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes.

What are the shipping costs for a return?

The shipping costs for a return are borne by the customer, who can then select the desired courier and shipping service.
