Shipping and insurance

Delivery takes place for new products in 2-5 days and for used products in 5-10 days .

For used products , the seller will have up to 5 days to get the item to our hub for checks. Once passed the quality control it will be shipped to its destination. The tracking code of the shipment will be sent by email to the customer.

Returns and refunds

Free return for new items within 14 days of receiving the item. We will issue a refund if your item does not arrive, arrives damaged or is not as described by the seller. In case of problems with the order, the buyer has 72 hours to report a problem to the email address support@dresso.com . Items purchased from private sellers and regularly delivered cannot be returned, but through Dresso you can receive purchase proposals from our community every day.
